Refund policy
ATTENTION
We only accept returns from Italy, the European territory and US. Refunds does not include transport costs incurred during the purchase of the goods.
In the event of a return from a non-EU country - except the USA - the cost of returning the goods and any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be borne exclusively by the recipient. The amount of duty incurred for the return of the package will be deducted from the refund and charged to the recipient.
- If you already have an account, enter your personal area and click the button 'RETURN REQUEST' next to the order you have placed. If you purchased without registering, click directly above on RETURN REQUEST.
- Select the items you wish to return and complete the procedure. Swimsuits and undergarments (bikinis, briefs, boxers) must be tried on over one's personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the garments show signs of use.
- After Sundek Customer Care has confirmed your return request, you will receive a confirmation email in which you will find:
- The RETURN CODE (in the email text) associated with your order.
- Two FORMS (in the text of the email) to be printed and cut out along the dotted lines.
- The coupon to hand to the courier when you pick up your parcel or at the collection point.
- PRINT the email containing the forms and insert one inside and one outside the package.
- CONTACT the courier via the link indicated in the email to book the collection.
TIMELINES AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping costs related to sending the return are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return request has been made we will send a label to be affixed to the package. To proceed with the return, you must follow the steps that will be sent via email.
The cost of the return will be deducted from the order amount. The refund does not include transportation costs incurred during the purchase.
In case of Extra Cee return, the amount of duties incurred to return the package will be deducted from the refund, except for US for which duties will be charged to us.
You can request a return within 15 days of receiving the package at your doorstep. You will receive your refund within a maximum of 15 business days after your return is back in stock. Your refund will be visible within 24 hours of our disposition on the payment method you chose during checkout.
Can I send the products I intend to return with a different courier than the one suggested by you?
Yes, but in this case, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. The return must in any case be authorised by our Customer Service by email.
Can I return two different orders in one box?
No, it is not possible to return two different orders in the same shipment box.
